Con profunda tristeza, anunciamos que Martha Gómez Ramírez, de 69 años, residente de Houston, Texas falleció en su hogar el 25 de febrero de 2026. With profound sadness, we announce Martha Gómez Ramírez, aged 69, of Houston, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on February 25, 2026.

 Nacida el 23 de febrero de 1957 en Fábrica del Melchor Guanajuato, México, era la querida hija de Víctor y Francisca Ramírez.

Martha fue un ejemplo de resiliencia, valentía y fortaleza. Ama de casa y cuidadora dedicada, Martha se enorgullecía de cuidar a su familia.

A Martha le precedieron en la muerte su padre, Víctor, su madre, Francisca, y su hermana, Juanita Ramírez. Le sobreviven su esposo, Ricardo Gómez Villegas, sus hijos, Ricardo y David Gómez, y su hija, Alejandra Gómez. Sus nietos, Santiago y Camila Gómez, y Samuel Mazzariegos. Martha también deja a sus hermanas Ma., Guadalupe, Teresa, Juana y Leticia Ramírez, y a sus hermanos Víctor, Alejandro, Francisco y Miguel Ramírez. Sus sobrinos, sobrinas, familiares, amigos y seres queridos la recordarán con mucho cariño.

La familia invita a todos los que conocieron y amaron a Martha a unirse a ellos para celebrar su vida en el servicio conmemorativo y velatorio en la Funeraria Del Pueblo, 8222 Antoine Dr., Houston, TX 77088, el viernes 6 de marzo de 2026, de 16:00 a 21:00 h.

Born on February 23, 1957, in Fábrica del Melchor, Guanajuato, México, she was the beloved daughter of Victor and Francisca Ramírez.
Martha was a beacon of resilience, courage, and strength. A devoted homemaker and caretaker, Martha took great pride in caring for her family.
Martha was preceded in death by her father Victor, her mother Francisca, and her sister Juanita Ramírez. She is survived by her husband, Ricardo Gómez Villegas, her sons Ricardo and David Gomez, and her daughter, Alejandra Gomez. Her grandchildren Santiago and Camila Gomez and Samuel Mazzariegos. Martha also leaves behind her sisters Ma., Guadalupe, Teresa, Juana and Leticia Ramirez, and her brothers Victor, Alejandro, Francisco, and Miguel Ramirez. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and loved ones.
The family invites all who knew and loved Martha to join them in celebrating her life at the Memorial and Visitation Service at Del Pueblo Funeral Home, 8222 Antoine Dr., Houston, TX 77088, on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
