Elizabeth Ortiz Fuentes, 29, entered into eternal rest on November 18, 2025. Elizabeth Ortiz Fuentes, de 29 años, entró en descanso eterno el 18 de noviembre de 2025.
Elizabeth was a loving, gentle, and graceful presence whose kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She will be remembered for her warm smile, her generous spirit, and the deep devotion she held for her family. Her compassion, strength, and unwavering love will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Elizabeth is survived by her devoted husband, Alfredo Garza; her loving mother, Gloria Fuentes Rivera; her father, Damian Ortiz; her sister, Vanessa Ortiz; and her brothers, Joel Ortiz and Daniel Ortiz. Her family cherishes her memory and finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace.
Funeral services will be held at Del Pueblo Funeral Home,
8222 Antoine Dr., Houston, Texas 77088, on Friday, November 21, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Church services will follow the same day at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church,
2131 Lauder Rd., Houston, TX 77039, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Family and friends are invited to join in honoring Elizabeth’s life, her legacy, and the light she shared with the world.

I didn’t personally know Elizabeth, but I learned about her through a friend. She described her as a warm, kind person, and I know she will be dearly missed by many. Her strength and determination are truly inspiring, and I know she fought until the very end. My sincere condolences to her family, especially to her parents. I hope you can find peace in knowing that she felt deeply loved.
I didn’t really know Elizabeth but I heard so many great things about her through my partner Amy Barron. I want to take the time to send my deepest condolences & prayers to her family & her partner Freddy. May God be with you all & help you heal.

Elizabeth was someone I had the pleasure of meeting because of my cousin Freddy. She was a great person and I think about the times we shared at family events and holidays. She will be dearly missed by all and I truly am sad to know she is no longer with us, but she will still be with us in our memories and in our hearts. Rest in peace to Elizabeth and prayers to everyone through this time.
I met Elizabeth through my cousin Freddy. She quickly became a part of our family and we shared memories together that I will hold deeply.
